1. What is the procedure for requesting a return or exchange of products purchased from smartpet.store?You can apply for replacement within 10 days of the delivery. For filing a replacement request please feel free to dial us to our customer care along with the details of your product. Once the replacement request is made, we will initiate the process and ensure that replacement is made at the earliest. The product must be unused, without damage, with the original packaging and has receipt or invoice with it.

3. If wrong product is delivered, will you replace it? If you receive a wrong product you can certainly raise a request for replacement.

2. How will you provide refund for a returned order?Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 5 to 7 business days.
