In order to purchase products from smartpets.store, customers must register an account with our website. As the first step, customers have to register by providing their e-mail address. To the given email address a password will be sent. With the provided password they can login to smartpets.store. Information related to the user can be updated in ‘Account Details’. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Registered users represent and warrant that:

Smartpets.store has the right to make changes or alteration to any of its Terms and Conditions at any time when it is required. Smartpets.store will not be held liable in respect of such alterations as it is the responsibility of the user to keep updated regarding such modifications. The users are bound to agree with all changes being made by smartpets.store at any time.
DETAILS & DISCOUNTS RELATED TO PRODUCT
Customers are supposed to create an account in smartpets.store inorder to make purchase from the website. This help the customer to view their past orders and purchases whenever required.
All charges mentioned in smartpets.store are displayed in Indian Rupees. Prices or charges mentioned in website are subject to change without any prior notice. Details related to information, measurement and other description if any, of products provided in smartpets.store are calculated and confirmed it to be accurate. Smartpets.store is not responsible for the quality or any other feature of a product that is supplied by any other dealer.

Smartpets.store will not be liable for any harm caused to the user’s computer/device or data while downloading contents from our website. Any damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unlawful access, breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or for any other cause of such action smartpets.store will not be held liable.
If the users notice any fault or omission of detail, pricing etc. related to the product, it will be updated by smartpets.store at the earliest without any prior notice. Further, if there’s any mistake in price or information of a particular product that the customer have already purchased, then smartpets.store has the right to cancel the order and precise the faults. In case the customer has made a payment for the purchase, smartpets.store will reimburse the amount within 3-7 business days.
Smartpets.store provides guarantees and warranties to the extent permitted by law. Smartpets.store is not liable for any damages, losses or indirect losses suffered by the user or customer with their use of our website or the content on it.
Customers shall be responsible for payment of all costs, charges associated with the purchase of products from smartpets.store and they agree to bear all valid taxes including VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties etc.
All items purchased from smartpets.store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the exporter by smartpets.store.

Such Third Party Sites are not under the control of smartpets.store and is not responsible for any Third Party Sites. Using the Third Party Site is at the own risk of customers. Users shall agree that smartpets.store will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between user and any Third Party Site, smartpets.store is under no obligation to become involved. Therefore, users agree to discharge smartpets.store from any claims or demand any losses, damages and claim any kind of action including personal injuries, death, and damage to property that are either directly or indirectly arise out of any interactions with the conduct of Third Party Sites.
Users agree to indemnify and hold everything related to smartpets.store including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of use of the site or products, User Content, violation of this agreement, or interaction with such independent contractors.
The parties to the agreement are smartpets.store and the customer. By placing an order customer approve that they have read the terms and conditions and accepted the same.
Once order is made for a particular product payment must be made online or customers can opt for the Cash-On-Delivery option. When customers place an order they will be automatically redirected to the secure Razorpay website to complete payment. Smartpets.store does not keep a record of users credit card details. Smartpets.store has the right to accept or reject any offer made. No contract is formed until we communicate acceptance of the order made by customer.
Users agree to accept communications from smartpets.store electronically, such as e-mails, text messages to mobile and they can retain copies of these communications for future records. Users shall also agree to all agreements, notices and other communications that are provided electronically by smartpets.store is satisfied by any legal requirements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONTENT
All content available on smartpets.store, including text, graphics, images of products and copyright works are owned by smartpets.store. Smartpets.store contains trademarks, tag line; logo which is owned and used by smartpets.store. It is strictly prohibited to use these above said marks without a prior written permission from smartpets.store. No one is allowed to modify, translate, copy or misuse any part of the website and if any such deed is noticed, their account will be terminated and strict action would be taken by smartpets.store against them.
Users are allowed to login to their account, make changes in account information if required, search products, enquire about products and make purchases. Users are not allowed to download any account information, to hide or transfer any content that contain any kind of viruses, to interrupt the smooth working of website.
Smartpets.store has the right to take action on those persons who act unlawful and act against the terms mentioned in website. Expenses and any other charges will be accused from the person for creating fraudulent act with the website.
Smartpets.store tries their level best to provide best products and services to their customers. Nevertheless, if customers find any complaints regarding the services, usage, content, comment or anything related to website please feel free to inform the same to smartpets.store by sending an email to [email protected]. Due to certain reasons there are chances of orders getting cancelled. Smartpets.store has right to cancel the order. Cancellation of order maybe due to error in information or pricing of product, shortage of ordered product etc. if a pre-paid order is getting cancelled, amount paid through online payment will be repaid by smartpets.store to the customer’s account within 5-7 business days.
Customers can make a request for order cancellation within 24 hours from the time an order is placed. Customers cannot cancel an order if the order has been already dispatched from the store. If the order cancellation request is made before dispatch, smartpets.store will cancel the order and repay the amount paid with 5-7 business days. Smartpets.store has the right to accept or reject request for order cancellation.
Smartpets.store functions the website from its registered office in Kerala (Kochi). All details mentioned in Terms and Conditions shall be administered according to the agreement passed by Law of India.
Any dispute relating to the contents, terms, use of the website by users, services, products of smartpets.store can be filled only in the appropriate Courts situated in Kerala, India alone. Users of the website agree to the jurisdiction and venue of Kerala courts with respect to any such dispute.
