1. Does Smartpet order have shipping charges?As a Launching offer, Smartpets is not charging any shipping cost for the first month.

2. How to check the status of my order?Tracking details will be sent to you via email with the link where you can simply track your order online. You can also login to smartpets.store and select “Track Order” from the menu bar.

3. How long does it take to deliver my order?You can expect the delivery of your order within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Why my order is getting delayed?Your order may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The delay must be due to some natural disaster or political interludes. If any such cases arise, we will inform you about the status of your product via e-mail along with the expected delivery date.

5. Where all does Smartpets ship its products?As Smartpets want to make shopping easier for pet lovers we ship our products all over India.

6. Does Smartpets accept ‘Cash on Delivery ’payments?Usually smartpets.store accepts cash on delivery payments. But, due to the Covid 19 pandemic situation, we are not promoting CoD. Once we are back to normal, we will start accepting cash on delivery payments.

7. What to do if the package delivered is damaged/expired products or

opened upon delivery?Smartpets.store tries their level best to provide best product and services to their customers. Anyhow, if you find any damage with your product please feel free to contact our customer service within 24hours of delivery& please click the image (jpeg format) of the damaged product, and send it to [email protected]

*In case of parcel being opened during delivery, please do not accept it and report the matter immediately to the customer service at smartpets.store via e-mail or call (9.00am-6.00pm).

*Smartpets.store ships a product only by re-checking its quality and date. However, if you receive an expired product, report the concern to the customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

8. How to find out if Smartpets delivers to my location or not?To know whether a particular product can be delivered to your location or not, you can call to our customer service which is available from 9.00 am to 6.00pm on all business days.

9. What if my package gets lost?All items purchased from smartpets.store are made in compliance with a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

10. Can I purchase smartpets products to an international address? Currently smartpets.store is not providing international services. As a future goal, we promise to provide with this service.
